What this website collects, why, and how to get it removed.
The short version
We collect what you type into a form on this site, and standard analytics about visits. We do not sell your information to anyone.
What you give us on purpose
The text opt-in. Your mobile number, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. It is used to send the messages described in our SMS terms and nothing else.
The contact form. Our contact page uses HoneyBook, the booking and client system our team runs on. What you enter there goes into that system so we can reply to you and plan your event.
What is collected automatically
Meta pixel. This site carries a Meta (Facebook) pixel, which records page views so we can measure our own advertising. It sets cookies from Meta and is subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
Embedded map. Our visit page embeds a Google map. Loading it means Google receives a request from your browser, as it would on any site with a map on it.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries stay in our booking system while they are useful for serving you. Text subscribers stay on the list until they leave it, which takes one message: reply STOP.
Getting your information removed
Ask us. Call (571) 379-9730 or email [email protected] and say what you want removed. There is no form to fill in and no fee.
Children
This is a brewery and winery. The site and the text programme are for adults of legal drinking age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
