What this is
Whites Ferry Brewery & Winery runs a marketing text programme. If you tick the consent box and give us your mobile number, we send occasional texts about deals, game days and events. Joining is entirely optional.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You never have to join to eat, drink, book an event or buy anything from us. If you would rather not get texts, do not tick the box. Nothing else changes.
How often we text
Four messages a month or fewer, plus at most one extra on a game day. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not pay those and we cannot see what your carrier charges you.
Stopping, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to leave the list. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at (571) 379-9730 or [email protected].
Who the messages come from
Whites Ferry Brewery & Winery, 42484 Whites Ferry Road, Leesburg, VA 20176. Every message identifies us by name. We do not sell or rent your number, and we do not send messages on behalf of anyone else.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your handset, neither of which we control.
Changes
If this programme changes in a way that affects what you agreed to, we will say so in a message before it takes effect.
